ShineBright (ShineBright Cleaning Service LLC) lets you delete your account and your data at any time.
Email juanmanuelchio12@gmail.com from any address, with the phone number you used to sign in, and the subject line “Delete my ShineBright account”. We delete the account within 30 days of receiving the request and reply when it is done.
As soon as the account is closed we remove your name and your saved addresses, and we stop using the account. If you change your mind, signing in with the same phone number within 90 days reopens it.
Within 90 days of closing the account we also permanently erase: your phone number from your profile, your push notification tokens, the payment receipts you uploaded, the addresses and arrival notes stored on your past bookings, the notes you wrote on those bookings, and your entire chat history with our team. After that the account cannot be reopened and the profile is empty.
We keep a record of each completed cleaning with no personal details attached to it: date, service and amount. We need these for our own accounting and tax records. They cannot be traced back to you once the 90-day erasure has run.

ShineBright (ShineBright Cleaning Service LLC) te permite eliminar tu cuenta y tus datos cuando quieras.
Escribe a juanmanuelchio12@gmail.com desde cualquier correo, indicando el número de teléfono con el que entrabas y el asunto «Eliminar mi cuenta de ShineBright». Eliminamos la cuenta dentro de los 30 días siguientes a la solicitud y te avisamos cuando esté hecho.
En cuanto se cierra la cuenta quitamos tu nombre y tus direcciones guardadas, y dejamos de usarla. Si cambias de opinión, iniciar sesión con el mismo número dentro de los 90 días siguientes la reabre.
Dentro de los 90 días siguientes al cierre borramos además, de forma permanente: tu número de teléfono de tu perfil, tus identificadores de notificaciones, los comprobantes de pago que subiste, las direcciones y notas de llegada guardadas en tus reservas anteriores, las notas que escribiste en ellas y todo tu historial de chat con nuestro equipo. Después de eso la cuenta no se puede reabrir y el perfil queda vacío.
Conservamos el registro de cada limpieza realizada sin ningún dato personal asociado: fecha, servicio e importe. Los necesitamos para nuestra contabilidad y nuestras obligaciones fiscales. Una vez corrido el borrado de los 90 días, no pueden vincularse contigo.
